Amo Realty is a tight real estate company that services all of Georgia. We are currently planning to hire a very small team in Athens to constantly funnel leads to. We are also hiring in our Atlanta office and other locations in Georgia.
We provide buyer, seller, renter, landlord & Zillow sale leads to our agents. We help keep everyone fully booked along the front lines of the busy GA real estate market.
We typically give our agents at least 1 lead per day:
- 3-5+ Residential buyer leads per week
- 1+ Commercial real estate leads per week (The commercial leads are primarily looking for restaurants, office space, retail, multi-family investment properties).
- 1-2+ Seller leads per week
- 1-2+ Apartment renter leads per day (Optional)
We're looking for agents with at least some sales experience.
• A Georgia Real Estate License is Required
• At lease some real estate sales experience is required

• We provide clients to agents at a 50/50 split. Agent's own leads start off at a 75% for the first 3 years. Agents move to a 100% split with a yearly cap of just $5k at the 3 year mark. There are no desk fees, no transaction fees. Are you okay with this split system?
• We supply clients to our agents and need everyone to have at least some recent sales experience as a real estate agent. How many properties have you sold in 2023?
