Essential Job Functions:
• This is a trainee opportunity
• Install, test, and service fire sprinkler systems
• Cut and thread pipe and manage material
• Assist in the installation of valves, couplings, and other fittings
• Perform minor maintenance or cleaning of tools and equipment
• Learn construction project skills, including reading blue prints
• Overhead lifting, ladder climbing, scissor lift work in addition to lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Drive Foreman to and from job projects.
Job Qualifications:
• Basic mechanical and math skills
• Must exhibit the initiative to learn the skills of the trade
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Clean driving record
Successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening is required. MVR checks are required for all driving positions.
