Full job description
Firehall 4 Animal Hospital is a small animal practice located in Athens, Ga specializing in high quality medicine, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostic imaging with a focus on wellness and preventative care. We believe in stress-free handling and gold standard care for our patients.
We are looking for a registered or experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team. Applicants must have a good work ethic, positive attitude and enjoy working in an upbeat, fast-paced environment. Other desirable qualities include excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people and animals. Candidates must also have knowledge and experience in IV catheter placement, venipuncture, surgical prep, anesthesia, emergency and critical care, and radiograph positioning.
