Description
Gustavus Adolphus College invites applications for a full-time (12 months), benefits-eligible, non-exempt (hourly) Lead Market Place Staff position in the Dining Service. The work schedule is Monday - Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm. Occasional weekend shifts possible.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare cold salads from scratch
• Supply for catering events and lunch buffet
• Stock, maintain, and clean the salad bar
• Create new salad bar options
• Supervise and mentor 20+ college student employees
Prerequisites
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months experience in a high-volume dining service or restaurant, preferred
