Customer Service Representative
Hanes Geo Components (HGC), a division of Leggett & Platt company (NYSE: LEG), in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative. HGC is the leading distributor of geosynthetics, erosion control, and soil stabilization products used in the construction industry.
Primary responsibilities are: • Professionally answer all incoming phone calls
• Accurately enter customer orders that are received on the telephone or electronically
• Greet and assist customers who walk-in for orders
• Communicate with customers regarding any challenges to their order such as logistics, pricing, inventory adjustments etc.
• Provide professional administrative support for the location
• Prepare and submit customer quotes
This person must be focused on providing exceptional customer service, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task, be proficient and accurate with data entry, competent math skills (converting square feet to square yards) and have exceptional computer skills. Applicant must have 2-5 years of customer service experience. Competitive hourly pay rate and benefits offered: health/dental/vision insurance, 401-k plan, and discounted stock program.
