Daily responsibilities will include handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks and providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. This long-term contract / temporary to hire HR Assistant position is a terrific opportunity and is based in the Mohnton, Pennsylvania area.
Responsibilities
• Greet visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming calls in cordial, professional and timely manner. Transfer calls to appropriate individuals and take accurate, thorough messages
• Answer employee/applicant requests and questions and forward sensitive/complex issues to the Manager of Human Resources
• Conduct visitor orientations
• Assist with new hire orientation preparation
• Assist HR projects such as employee events, programs and communication.
• Responsible for maintenance and confidentiality of personnel files / personnel issues.
• Verify I-9 documentation and submits appropriate reporting to state & federal government.
• Process payroll, enter vacation / sick time request.
• Maintain employee attendance records, issue attendance write ups as directed by HR Leadership
$18-$20 per Hourly Employment Type: Temp to Perm
