Salary
• $70,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience and education level

Schedule
• Monday - Friday with a flexible work schedule (typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm)

Responsibilities
The HR Manager is constantly aware of who or what most affects the employee experience, leads by example, and understands how to support and empower managers to do on their own, or apply sound judgment on matters that must be escalated. They take pride in owning all things HR-related, embrace continuous improvement, are driven to reach or exceed goals, and are eager to be regarded as a trusted advisor, problem solver, and effective agent of change. This is an Exempt level position that reports to the Admin leader, with up to 2 direct reports possible as the function and the business need to grow. Key stakeholders include the president, leadership team, direct reports, field employees, office employees, vendors/suppliers, and payroll agents. Duties to include:
• Employee Engagement & Retention Work to improve engagement between all areas of staffing throughout origination, and be a champion of the company's mission, values, and culture.
• Leads and manages HR operations/infrastructure Ensures compliance with federal and state laws along with industry standards, manages the relationship with all benefits partners, and Ensures company policy is followed
• Lead, supervise, or facilitate training and communication Regularly facilitate communication and training with all managers and communicate with origination on any policy additions or changes.
• 5-7 years experience managing all aspects of HR with experience in organizations that have managed growth and change.
• Tech savvy with most Office 360 programs especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and computer proficient.
• Experience with benefits administration, management, and negotiations
• Pass a background and pre-employment screening
• Leadership skills are a must, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with multiple stakeholders
• degree in HR Management or a related field preferred.
• Current member of local or regional SHRM chapter preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification, or demonstration to obtain within a reasonable timeframe
• General understanding of payroll administration
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
