The Senior Living Community Nursing Director is responsible for the overall operation of the nursing department to include the implementation, delivery and coordination of resident care services.
Position Highlights
• Ensure residents' nursing needs are met by the development, maintenance and monitoring of a service plan for each resident. Meets regularly with the supportive services, social services, and/or residents to evaluate other service needs.
• Provide overall leadership to the nursing department in compliance with all government regulations and Genesis policies.
• Recruit, retain, train, develop and evaluate performance of nursing staff.
• Operate/maintain nursing department within budgetary guidelines.
• Assist in marketing the senior living community by touring, participating in public relations events, and/or interacting with potential customer referral sources.
• Help residents with orientation and adjustment to the senior living community.

Requirements:
A graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN or LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing. Must have a minimum of two years' experience working with seniors or disabled individuals as well as demonstrated supervisory and management skills. Resident Care Director-ALF RN-SHAREDCC1
Compensation: 65,000-75,000
