Job Description
The Maintenance Director will be responsible for maintaining the maintenance policies and procedures. They will inspect the facility to comply with all federal regulations. They will supervise all work performed by outside vendors and evaluate new contracts. The Maintenance Director is responsible for conducting in-service training classes and orientation programs for all staff. They must be prepared to handle all emergencies as they come up.
