Warehouse Manager
Duties:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, dispatching, materials management, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize warehouse operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders to meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with procurement team to procure necessary materials and supplies for warehouse operations.
- Manage the warehouse distribution network to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Stock inventory management and tracking.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and encourage proper conduct and responsible conduct.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee fleet management activities, including maintenance and scheduling of company vehicles.
- Operate forklift or other equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including materials management, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
