A Brief Overview
Develops methodology for coordinating pharmacy operations. Controls all systems for development, production, promotion, and sale of pharmacy products and services. Administers strategy to improve operational excellence and customer service.
What you will do
• Aligns policies and procedures for the pharmacy with organizational goals.
• Defines pharmacy programs to achieve operational targets, metrics, and key performance indicators.
• Contributes planning for budgets, maintains operating financial goals, and optimizes cost management.
• Develops processes to monitor accuracy and quality of pharmacy operations.
• Ensures pharmacy compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Delivers efficiency improvement recommendations for supply chain and operations.
• Designs systems and controls to promote communication and information flow.
• Manages team performance through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional services and engagement, motivation, and team development.

• 10+ years work experience
Education • Master's Degree required.
Salary Range The typical salary range for this role is: Min Salary â€" $107,250.00 Max Salaryâ€" $231,000.00 Please keep in mind that this range represents the salary range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
