Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of staffing and recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to effectively manage candidate data and track progress.
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients for new business
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and ensure alignment on candidate requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Experience:
- Proven experience in staffing or recruitment roles, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of succession planning strategies and talent management principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
