In this position, you will be responsible for performing various basic clerical tasks, including managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work. This is a long-term contract / temporary File Clerk role, located in the Reading, Pennsylvania area.
How you will make an impact
- Liaise with departments and employees as part of gathering and indexing materials for filing
- File documents properly as part of quality control related tasks
- Administer proper guidelines to arrange high volumes of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents according to specific guidelines
- Collect data within allotted time frames
- Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed
- Fax, archive, scan, file, and word processing
- Intake of questions regarding records and files $14-$18 per Hourly Employment Type: Temp
