Compensation:
* Pay rate: $20.38
* Eligible for annual wage increases
* Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity*

* Work safely in a high volume manufacturing environment.
* Collaborate and work well with other Team Members.
* Comply with facility Safe Quality Foods and Safety Requirements when performing work duties.
* Comply with facility safety requirements including wearing the required PPE and following all of the safety rules and procedures.
* Ability to stand, lift, reach, bend and twist while performing tasks that are near, within and around machinery.
* Utilize standard operating procedures to perform job tasks.
* Keep all conveyor systems and robots running in a timely manner to ensure no production downtime.
* Operate computer systems to print tickets to place on finish good pallets in a quality manner.
* Run stretch wrapper to ensure all product are securely wrapped.
* Operate fork lift to remove pallets from conveyor systems.
* Relieve warehousemen when needed or instructed to.
* Use forklift to put stacks of pallets into in feed for robots to pick up.
* Utilize manual and lift equipment.
* Use electronic barcode scanning equipment.
* Learn, understand and follow “lock out/tag out” procedures as required per task.
* Make adjustments to machinery to assist with the production process.
* Maintain cleanliness of equipment and area by using specific tools and equipment.
* Complete required operational paperwork.
* Assist with machine uptime by responding to and communicating maintenance issues.
* Assist the business in capturing and reporting downtime information.
* Other duties as required or assigned
