Job Duties
Supports overall scope and objectives of the Division of Information Technology (IT) by modernizing agency business infrastructure and processes for business transformation, enhancing the quality of IT products and services, analyzing data to inform business decisions, recommending technological solutions to business needs, and sourcing and implementing new business technology. Manages special multi-program projects with business units and serves as the subject matter expert and/or team lead in all phases of the systems development lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of Systems Development Lifecycle Cycle; design concepts and methodologies; system workflows; software applications design, development, testing, and implementation; business process re-engineering concepts; project management methodologies; quality assurance techniques; and information security standards.
Strong oral and written communication, analytical, project management and evaluation, data management, leadership and computer skills
Demonstrated ability observing and documenting processes, identifying and confirming user requirements, modifying systems specifications, and translating end-user business needs into functional requirements; and delivering appropriate, concise, and accurate information in written and verbal formats.
Additional Considerations
Experience managing or coordinating IT projects and/or serving as an IT Business Analyst.
