Full job description
Completing maintenance logs
Maintaining any part of the building exterior that is not serviced by contractors
Inspecting the property to identify potential and current needs
Work with corporate maintenance on special remodeling projects
Working with vendors
Training the staff on safety and emergency procedures
Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property such as mechanical, electrical, painting, carpentry and plumbing
Respond and attend to guest repair requests
Assist in handling emergencies in order to protect our guests and team members and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency
Must have an overall maintenance knowledge
Must be willing to respond to emergencies, even if after hours
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:
• Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
