Health Wealth Safe is a medical technology company focused on linking patients to their physicians from the comfort of their home. We provide patients with wireless devices that allow them to check their blood glucose levels, blood pressure, and weight, which then directly upload those readings to an app for both patients and physicians to easily access.
As a Contact Center Representative, your role will be to speak to patients over the phone and document each encounter. You will also take care of clerical duties such as sending documents via fax, printing, and managing paperwork. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, is able to multitask, and is proficient with computers. Experience in customer service and medical fields is optional.
For this position, we require someone who is willing to work from 2 pm to 11 pm Monday through Friday.
