Job Overview
• Southern Star offers a hands-on, 12-week, paid summer internship program in Human Resources.
• Gain real-world experience in recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluations, compensation management, benefits administration, and organizational communication.
• Work with a seasoned and professional team to develop confidence and marketable skills in key HR areas.

Responsibilities
• Support the HR team in various areas, including recruitment, employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluations, compensation management, benefits administration, and organizational communication.
• Assist with day-to-day HR operations and projects.
Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75 after each completed semester/term
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. person
• Sophomore, junior, or senior candidate on track to graduate with a bachelor's/master's degree
• Major in Human Resources, Business, or Business Administration
• Plan to pursue a career in Human Resources
• Able to work 40 hours per week
