• Title: Sales Support Field Logistics/Driver for Pylant Medical
• State: Texas
Description
Pylant Medical exists to help our surgeons treat their patients better. As a member of our team, this position can have a wide range of responsibilities. The focus of this job is to assist in crucial everyday functions involving the procurement, management and distribution of Pylant Medical inventory. Success in this position would be summarized as efficiently and responsibly executing, maintaining and ultimately improving Pylant Medical’s processes as they relate to the logistics of inventory management and supporting our sales team. This position will include traveling in the local DFW area as well as other satellite and surrounding geographies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in the management and organization of Pylant Medical inventory warehouse.
• Assist in the acquisition and distribution of Arthrex inventory to Pylant Medical sales teams.
• Assist in regular Pylant Medical inventory counts.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Familiarizes self with all instrumentation and resetting instrumentation.
• Operates a company vehicle to deliver medical equipment, providing service and support to all Pylant Medical Sales Representatives and customers.
• Must utilize GPS tracking/software while ensuring safe storage and delivery of medical property/products to Pylant Medical Sales Teams and customers.
• Delivers, unloads, restocks, and transfers product in various destinations as assigned.
• Assist with scheduling pick-up, loading, and returning of medical equipment to Pylant Medical’s headquarters, satellite office locations and customers.
• Utilize count sheets/established documents to confirm inventory is complete and accounted for.
• Obtains, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery and/or pick up of product to ensure timely and accurate transportation.
• Develop comprehensive understanding of all inventory, logistics, and supply chain at Pylant Medical.
• Must work with direct supervisor to resolve any field issues and problems with deliveries.
• Needs to be able to perform a variety of task as required by immediate supervisor.
• Must report to Sales Manager as well as Operations Supervisor.
• Work well under pressure while meeting time constraints and multiple deadlines.
• Always demonstrate professional and cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.

• Must have current Driver’s License, good driving record, and hold current insurance.
• Must be able to pass Background check, Drug test, and Vendor Credentialing screening which will require vaccinations to enter medical facilities.
• Must be able to lift 55lbs on a regular basis.
• Must have flexibility to work overtime on an as needed basis.
• Must adhere to company policies, standard practices, and procedures.
• Strong customer service orientation and must be very detailed oriented.
• Self-motivated team player.
Skills & Abilities
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and complete work assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Must be adaptable and flexible with ability to shift focus on new priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience
