• Passenger ride along program
Class A Drivers run TX, OK, LA and AR and get home weekly – if looking to make a few extra bucks driver can run seven days and then take 2 full days off.
Most of freight is running San Antonio, Dallas and Houston triangle and Dallas to Shreveport and back.
All the freight is no touch and 75% is drop n hook. All trucks are 2-3 year Freightliners and will accept auto restrictions; Trucks are governed at 67MPH.
Riders and pets permitted so you can bring your loved ones with you. \
Drivers weekly average pay is $1100-$1440+/WK. This does not include a mileage bonus. Drivers start off at $.53CPM.

If you run 9000 miles in a month you get .03CPM
•
If you run 10000 miles in a month you get .06CPM
•
Lastly if you run 11000 in a month you get .09CPM
Carrier has one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry because they take care of their drivers on their home time on a weekly basis and when it is emegency
Insurance starts after 30 days after start/
Currently only looking for driver in the following area
•
San Antonio over to Houston to Beaumont up to Shreveport up to Texarkana over to Dallas back down to San Antonio and in between
Requirements
Class A drivers must be 21 years old with at least 1 year Class A driving experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in the last 5
No more than 3 non-major moving violations in the last three years and no more than 4 in the last 5 years
No DOT Recordable accidents in the last 5 years and no more than 2 preventable incidents/accidents in the last 3 years and no more than 4 in the last 5 years
Can not have any major moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 1 in the last 5 years, these include
•
Prohibited use of a handheld device while driving a CMV
•
Making improper or erratic lane changes
•
Following the vehicle ahead too closely
•
15 mph above the posted limit
•
Speeding in school/work zone
•
No Reckless Driving in the last 5 years
While no specific max number of jobs in the last 3 years anything over 5 will be reviewed very closely. Looking for drivers for the long term so we try and avoid job hoppers
Can have a maximum of one DUI in a lifetime (never in a CMV – do not take SAP for this account), must be in PMV and must be over 8 years old
