As a FIZZY Account Executive, your responsibilities will involve contacting and visiting local retailers and distributors, showcasing the exceptional benefits of our product line, and facilitating orders. Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FIZZY Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for contacting and visiting local retailers and distributors to introduce them to our exciting FIZZY product line. Your primary focus will be on generating sales by issuing promotional materials and providing product samples to store owners and managers, facilitating order intake, and ensuring smooth processing and shipment of orders from our Headquarters. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the growth of our company while enjoying the benefits of an unlimited earning commission-based structure.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory.
• Identify and target potential clients in the beverage industry, including distributors, retailers, and food service establishments.
• Prospect, acquire, and onboard new accounts by effectively communicating the value proposition of FIZZY Infused Beverages.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to clients, providing product expertise, insights, and exceptional customer service.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored marketing and promotional strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
Product Knowledge and Training:
• Develop a deep understanding of the FIZZY product line, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Conduct product presentations, tastings, and training sessions to educate client-facing teams on FIZZY products, enabling them to effectively promote and sell the brand.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to provide clients with valuable recommendations and guidance.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Share best practices, market insights, and client feedback with the team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team-building activities to contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales for minimum 2 years, preferably in the c-store/ smoke shop, beverage industry or a related field.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with a relentless drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and market insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Familiarity with CRM software, (HubSpot experience encouraged) and sales tracking tools to effectively manage and monitor the sales process.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Passion for the cannabis industry and a genuine enthusiasm for the FIZZY brand.
Compensation:
This is a W2 position and commissions are paid out weekly as transactions have been processed and paid via direct deposit.
The minimum order is 4 cases of 24 (96 cans) which allows up to only 3 cans per day to be sold in a 30 day calendar month. The average retail location can sell through 10 cases per month (240 cans) which allows for up to 8 cans per day to be sold. Businesses with multiple locations or they distribute to other businesses, would purchase pallets which are 96 cases (2,304 cans).
Open Account with Minimum 4 Case Order - $149
Open Account with 10 Case Order - $206
Open Account with a Single Pallet Order - $816
Additional bonuses for multiple deals per week and reorders are also available.
All in all, this is something one can open 4-5 accounts per week from their home or in their car. In 2-3 months, you would have dozens of clients ordering regularly which will provide you a net of $5k - $10k per month in "recurring" income and your new sales will be on top of those and continue rolling forward.
This will be very lucrative for someone that's personable and has a passion for the industry. We will be hosting Intro Zoom Calls, Training Zoom Calls, and a Follow Up Zoom call to ensure you are ready to sell! Before you can start selling Fizzy, you will need to attend one of each call.
