We are a family owned and operated roofing company. We are looking for 4 motivated awesome people to help us grow our canvassing team. Here are some of the responsibilities of the position and experience we're looking for:
Responsibilities:
• Territory assignment and management
• Monitoring trends in field
• Maintaining a positive, optimistic, culture regardless of circumstance
• Develop other leaders
• Run office meetings
• Help train in field
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
• Door-to-door experience required
• Must have experience leading a sales or marketing team
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be self-driven & highly motivated
• Proven track record setting and achieving goals
• Must be flexible working evening hours
• Must have reliable transportation
• Applicants must be 18 years old or older
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Must have cell phone with data and internet
