Job Description: Seasonal Stadium Team Member - Athens Chick-fil-A
Position Overview:
Athens Chick-fil-A's stadium location is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Seasonal Team Members to join our team for the upcoming football season. As a Seasonal Stadium Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests during high-energy football game days. Your friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork will contribute to creating memorable experiences for fans and customers alike.
Responsibilities:
• Customer Service: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist guests with menu recommendations, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
• Order Preparation: Prepare and assemble food items according to Chick-fil-A's high-quality standards and procedures. Ensure orders are accurate, complete, and delivered promptly.
• Operational Support: Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with stocking supplies, restocking condiments, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the stadium stand.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during peak game day hours. Communicate and coordinate with team leads and managers to meet customer demands.
• Uphold Safety Standards: Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of both customers and team members.
• Guest Experience: Enhance the overall fan experience by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive and friendly attitude throughout the busy game day environment.
Qualifications:
• Availability: Able to work primarily on Saturdays during the football season, as well as potential additional hours for special events.
• Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for customers.
• Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to step in and assist team members as needed.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor, even under fast-paced and high-pressure circumstances.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing work environment, particularly during busy game days.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate order taking, order preparation, and attention to food safety and cleanliness.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, walking, and moving around the stadium stand for extended periods. Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or fast-food environments is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to adhere to Chick-fil-A's dress code and appearance standards.
• Completion of any required training provided by Athens Chick-fil-A.
Compensation:
• Hourly wage based on experience and local standards.
