A franchise group of over 200 units strong is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a recognized and respected national brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and keeping great guests, motivating employees, and a drive for achieving results.
Must be a motivated, self-starter who is flexible and willing to do whatever it takes will be a great success within our group.
Our Restaurant General Managers must:
* Three years as a salaried manager, preferably in a fast-food concept
* Drive-thru experience highly preferred
* Be a very "hands-on" leader
* Be comfortable with both Back of House and Front of House environments
