Scum Master, SeniorKey Role: Work with geographically dispersed model and simulation engineer teams, project management, technical leads, and the client to identify technical requirements and scope production requirements for threat model and simulation production.  Coordinate with project management, technical leads, and the client to identify clear task, milestone, and final delivery acceptance criteria, ensure all threat model production meets acceptance criteria, and capture all acceptance documentation to ensure contractual compliance. Coordinate with project management, technical leads, and model owners to identify, plan, and monitor threat model and simulation production schedules to ensure we are in scope, on schedule, and within budget. Work with project management, technical leads, and model owners to identifying staffing needs based upon current and backlogged requirements. Support the development of threat model and simulation rough orders of magnitude (ROM) based upon client requirements, delivery acceptance criteria, and thoroughly scoped out technical production requirements. Partner with the client, project management, technical leads, and model leads, and liaison with stakeholders to define success metrics and identify success criteria. Serve as the Agile and Scrum methodology subject matter expert across the entire threat model and simulation development effort. Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and milestone planning, demos, and other Agile and Scrum-related meetings. Champion continuous improvements in processes and development techniques applied by the threat model and simulation development team. Manage multiple threat model and simulation production backlogs. Lead backlog development and regular backlog grooming activities in partnership with model owners and technical staff.Basic Qualifications: 10+ years of experience as a Scrum MasterExperience working with Agile teams, developing user stories, writing technical documentation to include scoping out technical requirements for threat model and simulation development Experience leading client delivery engagements Knowledge of iterative threat model and simulation development, backlog refinement, funding utilization metrics, and task definition Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, and MATLAB TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Certified Scrum Master Certification   Additional Qualifications: Ability to work effectively with little supervision and strong attention to detail Ability to think proactively in a creative environment Ability to define project goals and work independently to complete projects while adhering to the established scope, schedule, and budget Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Possession of excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to interact with the client, colleagues, and contract managementClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD).
