We are seeking a dedicated and capable Wellness Coordinator – Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our chiropractic clinic/s. We currently have a clinic in Athens and the next clinic in Stockbridge is planned to start this October 2023. This role reports directly to the the owner and works with owner's executive assistant.
Must be able to drive to Stockbridge clinic when needed.
For both clinics: The Clinic Manager leads and inspires staff while managing the business, day-to-day operations, and supporting patient care functions. Responsible for all functions of the clinic. Your duties will include implementing procedures to optimize patient care and managing the budget. Also, act as a backup wellness coordinator on set days during the week. You will also be required to hire and train staff members for both clinics. You will work with business partners to execute table events at gym or other places.
To be successful in this role, you should exhibit exceptional managerial abilities, which would ultimately translate to excellent patient care. Outstanding clinic managers are experienced administrators who proactively address issues that ensure the clinic runs smoothly. Patient conversion and retention are the key measures of success of the wellness coordinator.
Must be able to drive to Stockbridge clinic when needed.
Clinic Manager Responsibilities:
Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties that match up with The Joint Franchise standard.
Managing the clinic's staff schedule and inventory. Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment. Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care, conversion, and retention. Performing the hiring, firing, training, and performance evaluation of staff members. Managing internal and external communications and answering queries about the clinic. Assist in the development and implementation of a marketing plan, and keep the website updated. Conduct performance reviews, provide for personal development of staff, and encourage retention Maintain staff work schedule to ensure adequate staffing and vacation schedule. Promote excellent customer service and reviews.
Clinic Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and relevant experience managing business. Must be outgoing and high energy with the ability to motivate and train team members. Must possess honesty, Integrity, and accountability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to address/, respond in a clear, concise, and respectful manner. Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, and goals, and delegate. Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence. Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills. Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends
The ideal Candidate should meet the qualifications to meet and exceed the essential duties listed above. some previous management ( multi-unit) experience is a plus.
