Woodlake Properties is a real estate management company with thousands of apartments under management. We are seeking a highly qualified, motivated real-estate professional with experience to manage one of our properties. Prior experience in real estate management is required. Candidate must be suited for a fast-paced, high intensity role in dynamic work environment.
Of critical importance is the ability to multitask, have strong leasing and marketing skills and great organizational ability. Being tech savvy and knowledgeable in apartment maintenance/renovation is a requirement as well.
MUST BE BILINGUAL - speak English and Spanish .
Responsibilities include:
Handle all aspects of tenant relations including maintenance requests
Ensure required work is correctly completed in a timely manner
Inspect vacant apartments and decide on the extent of the turnover repairs/redecorating
Inspect apartments ready for move in to ensure conformity
Ensure rental agreements are being properly completed and renewed.
Assure that company equipment is kept in proper working order
Assure that policy and procedures are being followed
Assists with the eviction of residents in compliance with court order and from lawyer and management
Supervise on-site personnel
Oversee daily marketing/customer service effort
Oversee supply acquisition
Oversee resident retention

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
