Tailwind, a national airport concessionaire, operates airport concessions at 28 airports across the country. This location is looking for a strong, skilled bartender who is excited to join our team at the Charlottesville, VA airport.
Responsibilities :
• Welcome each guest in a timely manner.
• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs set forth by the Tailwind Management Company.
• Work as a member of the team to ensure success in all areas of the restaurant.
• Fill in where needed to ensure that service standards and efficient operations are met.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment at all times.
• I.D. every customer who orders an alcoholic beverage.
• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of bar and dining room following standard recipes.
• Ring drink and/or food orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests for drinks served and make change.
• Use jigger for all pours.
Must be 21 years of age or older. You must be able to pass a background check to receive an airport badge. If you have a felony, you will not be able to pass. Tip potential is large . Please reply to this ad with a resume attached.
