A&S Learning Design & Technology is looking for students to serve on a Student Advisory Board on Accessibility in Learning, which will provide direct input on accessible teaching and learning efforts in the College of Arts & Sciences. Members of the Advisory Board will offer perspectives and support informed by their personal experiences identifying as a student with a disability. As a Board member, you will provide valuable input on teaching and learning accessibility issues, including, but not limited to: accessibility of course materials, accessibility of in-class activities, user engagement in online environments and with online tools, and accessibility of learning spaces.  We are looking for a broad representation across disability types (learning disabilities, AD/HD, psychological conditions, chronic health conditions, Autism Spectrum Disorder, blind or low vision, Deaf or hard of hearing, and physical disabilities).  Students applying to this position should be undergraduate or graduate students in the College of Arts & Sciences and should be willing, in appropriate professional contexts related to this work, to disclose their disability identity. Work will be in person.
