Summary:
As an Accountant specializing in forecasting, budgeting and cash flow for our landscape business, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and success of our operations. You will collaborate closely with our management team to support our mission in creating captivating outdoor environments. Your financial insights will be vital in guiding our business decisions and driving sustainable growth.
Responsibilities include:
Perform organization-wide accounting functions including: maintain GL, oversee account reconciliations, complete month end close procedures, and oversee payroll processes. Assumes responsibility for the day to day administration of the accounting, customer billing operations, and vendor management. Assists in the development, implementation of internal fiscal systems and procedures.
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience, construction industry, preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Quickbook Desktop.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to discern trends and patterns in financial data.
• Tech Savvy
• Customer Service with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy.
