Position: Executive Chef Location: Myrtle Beach (Relocation Required) Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year + Bonus and Benefits
Are you an experienced and passionate Executive Chef looking for an exciting opportunity in a vibrant coastal city? Look no further! We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as the Executive Chef at our upcoming new restaurant in Myrtle Beach.
At our establishment, we pride ourselves on creating a unique dining experience with a relaxed atmosphere and a scratch kitchen. As the Executive Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our menu, developing culinary concepts, and leading a skilled team of chefs and kitchen staff.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a creative and diverse menu that aligns with our concept and meets the highest quality standards.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to optimize profitability.
• Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies for success.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment.
• Exceptional culinary skills and creativity to craft innovative dishes that excite customers.
• Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and mentor a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
