Customer Service Technical Support Representative - Florence, KY
Mazak is looking for a Customer Service Technical Representative to work in our North American Parts department. The Customer Service Technical Representative provides parts support to customers researching part numbers, researching electrical drawings, researching mechanical drawings, and quoting and entering orders. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm plus overtime.
Scope and Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
• Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
• Provide parts support to customers
• Research part numbers
• Research electrical drawings
• Research mechanical drawings
• Quote and enter customer orders
Education/Certification:
• High School diploma or equivalent
Skills:
• Customer Service experience
• Machine structure knowledge
• Experience with understanding mechanical assembly, electrical and cable drawings
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient to expert level experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
