Job Description
Adena Health System is looking for a highly motivated Nurse Practitioner candidate that is excited for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.
• Location: Hillsboro, Ohio
• Family Medicine- Office setting
• Office Hours: Monday 7:30AM-7:00PM, Tuesday 7:30AM-5:30PM, Wednesday 7:30AM-7:00PM, Thursday 7:30AM-7:00PM and Friday 7:30AM-5:00PM
• Expected hours: 40 hours a week/ 36 patient facing hours and 4 administrative hours) The Provider will work 1 late night in the clinic.
• Staff: 1 Physician / 1 Nurse Practitioners
• Call Coverage: 1:3
• The Provider can see on average 16-20 patients per day..
