JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Appropriate score of skill assessment test (completed in our office)
• Clean Back Ground Check (authorization form provided in our office)
• Stellar References
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Home Health/Facility or Personal experience
• Basic understanding of cell phone applications/care plans/GPS/websites and on line training
• Excellent Communication skills
• Comfort with travel within a 30 minute commute
