• Intensive Care Nurse Fellowship Program (MICU, CICU, Ft. Thomas ICU, Florence ICU, SICU)

• Surgery (Periop Fellowship)
• Endocopy (Fellowship)
About our Nurse Residency Transition Program:
St. Elizabeth Healthcare welcomes all Registered Nurses with less than one year of experience to apply to our Nurse Residency Transition Program (NRTP). The NRTP was established in 2005 to assist newly graduated nurses to transition from a student nurse to a professional nurse. We are extremely proud to be the first program in the tri-state to receive the ANCC PTAP (Practice To Transition Program) Accreditation with Distinction! As one of our residents you will experience education, support, and follow-up during the first year of employment. The program consists of both didactic instruction and simulation. Our Residency Program is designed to improve confidence, competence, critical thinking, prioritization, time management, communication and leadership skills. Our program is unique as we accept all of our RNs into this program- apply today and we will be in touch to schedule your initial interview!
Compensation:
• **Increased hourly rate** $32 base pay
• Shift Differential $4.00 per hour
• Earn up to a 12k bonus for working night shift!
• 403b match plus a generous employer contribution - up to a 6% match!

Qualifications
Qualifications you'll need include:
• RN license in the state you will be working in required to start any RN position but not required to apply or interview.
• Graduate from accredited School of Nursing. Meets contact hour requirements for licensure, including all state-required courses. Focus of education promotes nurses' ability to practice in clinical area assigned.
• Preferred : BSN, clinical certification, specialized courses and MSN.
