Shift : Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week, Every 3rd weekend , float, and holidays
Length : 13 weeks
Requirements:
• KY License
• 2 years experience
• EPIC Charting system required
• Travel experience required
• NIHSS
• ACLS
• BLS
Other Details: • COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
TRAVEL EXP. REQUIRED
Every 3rd weekend , float, and holidays
BLS,ACLS,NIHSS required
Charting system: EPIC – required
Scrubs - Navy Blue
Tattoos/piercings - no nose rings or gauged earrings
Nails - should be less than 1/4" in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable
Cafeteria - no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site
Parking - free in any unrestricted space
