Join us and we can make a difference together.About this roleThe Refrigeration Supply Chain Delivery Manager will be responsible for supporting all of the Refrigeration facilities with on-time delivery.  They will focus on the top fulfillment concerns to remedy their fulfillment delays through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), engaging the Supplier Quality Team, suggesting and implementing dual sourcing, or supporting the exit of a supplier.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong time-management skills with the ability to work with a sense of urgency under demanding deadlinesHighly efficient project management abilities and the ability to balance multiple projectsExcellent analytical, organizational and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrates self-initiative, sense of ownership, quality, and customer satisfaction orientationBasic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree5 + years of supply chain, operations or engineering experiencePreferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chainExperience in refrigeration business working in operations, supply chain #LI-hybridRSRCARCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
