Overview
Bigger Road Veterinary Center/Bigger Road Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team in Kettering/Springboro, OH!
As an AAHA accredited hosptial, Bigger Road has provides total life care for pets. In 2009, we opened a second location in Springboro to better serve the Dayton community. We offer the latest medical and surgical advancements, as well as alternative therapies, and nutrition and behavior counseling in a fear free environment.
Shift Details: This is a full-time position (30+hours/week), including rotational weekends. Shifts will be split between locations

Bigger Road Veterinary Center - 718 N. Main St., Springboro, Ohio 45066
Bigger Raod Veterinary Clinic - 5655 Bigger Rd., Kettering, Ohio 45440

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:

• Maintain and uphold Core Values and Mission Statement of MVP.
• Provide guidance to the support staff to assure that the shift flows well.
• Mentor team members for career advancement and personal development towards goals.
• Provide input to the hospital manager for 360-degree employee performance evaluations.
• Provide patient care under the supervision and direction of a DVM.
• Maintain excellent client communication.
• Record all pertinent medical, client and case related information in the patient record accurately with appropriate grammar, terms, and accurate information.
• Review medical records, estimates or discharge instructions with clients.
• Answer client's inquiries about basic animal care questions and routine procedures; handle client's medical questions with confidence and direct to veterinarians when appropriate.
