Job description:
**IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Team will do initial Web Based IV but they reserve the right to do a follow up IN PERSON if they so choose.
Local candidates (or those within 1 hour drive of Charlottesville) are preferred because of the ON SITE requirement.
ABOUT THE ROLE
• Provides leadership in the maintenance, development, and promotion of Albemarle County's use of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• This includes the full spectrum of support, including: investigating user requirements and licensing needs; developing design specifications for solutions to improve business processes; creation, implementation, and staff training of implemented solutions; day-to-day support of this infrastructure, regardless of department; and handling upgrades and communicating new features.
The person will be responsible for:
Skills:- Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, PowerShell
• SharePoint access requests.
• Pay attention to MS365 health notices.
• Research MS365 Road Map announcements
• Power App/Power Automate flow creation/maintenance.
• PowerBI report creation/maintenance
• Research on best practices (e.g. Power Automate Environments, Dataverse, chatbots, SharePoint permissions, Teams apps, meeting capture app, Power Automate desktop, Microsoft Graph API, proper way to collaborate with other entities on Teams)
