Title : HL7 IT Specialist- Administrative Role
Duration : 11 Months
Location : Charlottesville, VA- Remote
Payrate starts from $35/hr
Description & Responsibilities:
• Ability to work/collaborate with customers & Internal groups (sales, customer support, Interface/Operations team) to triage customer requests & issues, and provide appropriate solutions or Interface scopes for project creation if necessary
• Comprehend workflows & functionality of existing Interfaces in order to propose resolution options
• Schedule calls with external customers (& internal resources)
• Ability to resolve & close (Helix) Field Support Tickets for Interface
• Update of project documentation (SOW), Interface documentation, Interface records (Salesforce)
Skills:
• Mirth Interface engine
• Understanding of HL7
• JavaScript
• Visual Basic
• MS SQL (Interface queries)
• Strong trouble-shooting, analytical, reasoning skills
• Technical support experience
• Customer interaction, & follow-up (Ability to intervene and take ownership for follow-through for customer issue identification and/or resolution)
• Strong Communication
• Documentation, protocol, and procedure understanding
• Strong organizational skills
• MS Office
• Ability to resolve Interface issues ("break-fixes", etc) where appropriate
• Point of Care (POC) and/or LIS experience
