Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital located in Charlottesville Virginia is seeking a Echocardiographer Team Leader for the Noninvasive Lab
Position is full time days, working five 8-hour shifts. Rotating call is required during the week and weekend call every 4th weekend.

Department: Noninvasive labs see both inpatient and outpatient for EKG, Cardiac Monitor Placement, Stress Testing .
Performs cardiac echocardiography of the heart and associated structures using routine and advanced technical skills. Participate in the professional development of staff and students. Assist Cardiology Director with daily operations, coordination of work, achievement of department goals and objectives. Serve as technical resource for other department personnel.
Education/Certification/Experience
• Bachelor's Level Degree or Associate's Level Degree in CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGY OR a High School Diploma - with Experience in field in lieu of education.
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) required.
• BLS required.
• 1year+ of Echocardiography experience required.
