We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist with at least four years of experience sourcing
information technology roles in cleared space. The Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying
and sourcing highly qualified candidates for our clients in the IT industry. This is a contract position, and
the candidate will work on a C2C basis. The sourcer will be compensated only when candidates are
placed and complete the guarantee period.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the recruiting team to understand job requirements and sourcing needs.
• Use your sourcing methods and tools to identify and attract potential candidates, including job
• boards, social media, online communities, and other relevant sources.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience sourcing information technology roles in the cleared space.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and sourcing highly qualified candidates in information technology and cleared space.
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools, including job boards, social media, online communities, and other relevant sources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions and sourcing initiatives.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Only candidates authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position.
• Must have been in business for 2+ years.
• Held 5 other contracts successfully completed and reference list available.

• Are you comfortable with this opportunity being 100% commission based with no base salary?
• Do you have access to your own sourcing tools to identify and attract cleared candidates?
• Are you comfortable with having 7-12 telephonic or virtual 20-minute discussions a day?
• Do you have a background in Technical Recruiting & Sourcing ie. Developers,  Engineers, Architects, and Scientists.
