The Cloud Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the reliability and performance of cloud services, including Cloud Infrastructure and SaaS interfacing infrastructure, supporting critical applications for Kubota. The ideal candidate should have a background in IT infrastructure operations, experience leading and delivery projects, and experience leading and coaching team members.
The Cloud Infrastructure Manager will oversee the cloud infrastructure team whom is responsible for designing, building, supporting, and maintaining a range of Cloud Services primarily using Azure. This key role will require someone with a hands-on type of leadership style, the ability to guide others, and strive for continuous service improvement.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:  This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines:
· Lead a team of engineers supporting our cloud infrastructure.  Provide coaching, performance goals and completes performance reviews aligned with corporate performance management system.
· Lead/support cross-function projects as required.
· Responsible for developing and managing overall processes to deliver world-class availability.
· Drives continuous improvement and IT “best practices’ into all areas of process, metrics, and performance.
· Maintains partner relationships to assist in the delivery of quality services, identify opportunities for service improvements and cost savings
· Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal technology stakeholders
· Responsible for overall lifecycle management for technology supporting warehouse operations
· Responsible for identifying and reducing risk within technology operations that can cause service interruptions including proper security controls to adhere to compliance requirements.
· Responsible for creation and management of documentation for deployed technology solutions.
· Ensure team adheres to internal policies and procedures
· Assist team with troubleshooting complex technology support requests when necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or information technology at an accredited university is required.
· 2+ years’ experience leading IT team members with diverse technology backgrounds
· 7+ years IT hands-on technology experience.
· Experience with both Windows Server and Linux administration (prefer Redhat or Oracle Enterprise Linux)
· Experience with Azure Infrastructure Services to include Virtual Servers, Load Balancers, Application Gateway,  Azure Database Services,  Storage Services among others.
· Experience with infrastructure automation using cloud automation tools such as terraform
· Familiarity with Identify Management technologies such as Windows Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND:
· Communication skills with the ability to persuade others on the best approach to take and effectively communicate with varying levels of leadership.  Develops and provides written and verbal presentations to customers, peers, and support personnel.
· Advanced knowledge of process and software modeling and experience translating business needs into requirements.
· Demonstrates the required proficiency levels for technical skills. Technical skills and IT knowledge related to assigned department to provide services in an information technology environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
