Description:SUMMARY This position will provide support to the maintenance department in performing various job functions and responsibilities.  The Maintenance Custodian’s primary function is to clean the offices, break areas, and other areas of the facility that are utilized by personnel.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEmpty all trashcans and replace liners daily.Dust open desk areas (must not disrupt documents on surface).Vacuum all carpet areas including stairs daily.Dust and mop all tile floors, wet mop entry area, coffee bars and side entry near guard desk.Clean counters, sink areas and tables in Break room; and sweep and mop floor. Restock paper towels. Empty refrigerators on Friday afternoons at 5:00 P.M.Clean Restrooms - mop floors and restock paper dispensers.Clean all glass door entrancesDust all file cabinets, tops of partitions, window ledges and tops of desk cabinets. Do not remove personal items.
