Express is in search of an experienced 2nd Shift Supervisor for our client in Reading, PA! We’re looking for a dependable and reliable person to supervise and lead 25-30 employees in a busy manufacturing environment.
Production Shift Supervisor
Pay : $17.00/hr -$20.00 (Depending on Experience)

Shift : 2ND 2:30PM - 11:30PM
Location : Reading, PA
Responsibilities of the 2nd Shift Supervisor :
• Supervising lines and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Train and coach new employees in this area
• Operate table saws and band saws
• Inventory control using internal computer systems (ABW)
• Lead a team of 25-35 people
• releasing orders, staging components, setting up belts and directing assemblers
Qualifications of the 2nd Shift Supervisor:
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Basic Computer knowledge
• Must be able to read blueprints, tape measure and do fractions
• 2+ years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience
• flexible for overtime, willing to stay after shift
