Responsibilities and Qualifications
The purpose of the Puller/Runner is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. To pull and distribute parts orders to technicians.
• Must be able to drive and operate vehicle
Pulls and delivers all parts requested by Technicians Gathers and organizes all warranty parts from Technicians Restocks all unused parts into inventory
Restocks consignment bins
Reports all inventory discrepancies to the Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager Maintains warehouse in a clean and orderly manner
Knows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfaction
Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adhere to the requirements
Attends weekly department meetings
