Schedule
Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
SUMMARY
Responsible to keep F.M. Brown’s mill, office, rest rooms, and lunchroom in a clean and orderly condition.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, dusts, and vacuums hallways, stairs, lunchroom and office space
• Wash windows.
• Clean sprinkler pipes.
• Clean bathrooms on a daily basis.
• In conjunction with other mill employees, maintain a clean dock area.
• Empties trash containers.
Minimum Requirements
• Prior successful experience as custodian is preferred.
• The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to read, write and comprehend the English language.
Offers of employment are contingent on eligibility to work in the United States, successfully passing a drug test and favorable background and reference checks.
