Overview Note: This position can be based in any PepsiCo location in Europe Real Estate and Construction Program Management Leader is an integral part of PepsiCos efforts to develop and increase our presence in different locations through translating local and regional strategies into actions. The PM Leader will work closely with both internal teams and external partners (like PGRE PSO, Global Procurement, Operations and Economic Development teams) to ensure that all necessary real estate regulations and regulatory requirements are met when operating in the assigned region. Responsibilities Build monthly dashboards to roll-up by sector projects Track and report the ROI of products/projects Track and Report KPIs, Metrics, with emphasis on Safety and PEP+ goals Ensuring project management strategic partners manage project budgets appropriately Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies Managing and utilizing resources across projects Managing stakeholders communication Proactively communicate roadmap, milestones and outcomes for all real estate project deliverables to partners and stakeholders Qualifications MBA, M. Arch, or other relevant advanced degree preferred BA / BS required 7-10 years experience in corporate real estate, both office and supply chain/industrial projects Strong experience in real estate project management and all its aspects like contract negotiations and vendor partner management (user experience working with AIA contract forms) Very good comprehension of financial modelling Strong design, cost management, building systems, safety, and sustainability skills Industrial development experience Project software expertise: MS Project or similar Professional Certification Professional certification: PMP Preferred, LEED desirable #LI-Remote #LI-Hybrid","location_name":"Outbased-GBR","street_address":"1600 Arlington Business ParkTheale","city":"Reading
