Express is looking for a Deskside Support Agent for a client located in Wyomissing, PA. The company is looking to hire on the right people and offers career growth for their employees!
Deskside Support Agent
Pay: $21/hr
Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401(k), and more!
Shift: 1 st shift Monday through Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
Location: Wyomissing, PA
Responsibilities of the Deskside Support Agent:
• Responsible for transitioning new equipment into warehouses
• Uninstalling programs and software on old equipment and installing same programs onto new pieces
• Assist and advise workers on proper use of new equipment
• Assist with planning and implementing new installations
Qualifications of the Deskside Support Agent:
• At least 5+ years of IT/help desk experience
• Experience with either Dell of HP computer systems required
• Excellent communication skills and working with others
