A team of 8 physicians, 3 nurse practitioners Anticipated 1 in 4 call No stroke call EMG, EMU, Botox supported Inpatient/Outpatient Neurology Provider: General Neurology with ability to develop subspecialty practice Anticipated one in four call coverage Office Procedures Available: EEG, EMG, Botox, Lumbar Punctures Nurse Practitioners to support outpatient care No Stroke Call EMU support Neuro-Hospitalist: Seven on seven off schedule No Stroke Call Stroke Provider: Fellowship Trained Position Medical Stroke Director for St Elizabeth Hospital System o 15% administrative position o Five hospitals-three inpatient hospitals Interventional Capabilities Stroke Call/Triage in collaboration with the University of Cincinnati Stroke Team Neuro-hospital call Post Stroke Acute Care Clinic No outpatient clinic unless desired Qualifications Must be board certified or board eligible. Certification within six years after training.
